Your loan consultant upon successful preapproval will be able to draft preapproval letters for your agent to include with any offers you make and discuss the various home loan programs and their corresponding interest rates.

Once preapproved real estate agents will consider you a qualified buyer and will be happy to take you out to view any homes you may be interested in purchasing. While house hunting it is important to stay in touch with your loan officer to make sure the available interest rates, pricing, and/or guidelines do not change compromising your ability to secure the financing you need when you do find the right home.
